We are looking for gently used business attire and accessories suitable for a business environment. Clothing should not be older than 5 years, in good repair, recently cleaned and delivered to FACE® on hangers. We are always on the look out for Plus Sizes.

Skirts & Pants
Blouses
New pantyhose
New cosmetics
Coats
New and lightly used accessories
Purses and lightly used briefcase
What We Cannot Accept:
Clothing more than 5 years old.
Any clothing that is snagged, stained or in need of any type of repair.
Clothing Donations
When making a clothing donation, please call 416-787-7165 for an appointment. Unfortunately, if you do not have an appointment, we cannot accept your delivery. You cannot just drop off clothing.
Directions From Yorkdale Subway Station (Yonge-University Line)
Walk through the mall, and locate the Indigo Book Store, at the east end of the shopping mall. If the store is on your left, you are now facing a double-set of glass doors leading outside. Walk outside, and (when facing the parking lot) turn left. Look for a glass door on your left, with FACE in black lettering on it, and East Offices above it. The door will be about six meters (twenty feet) from the mall exit. If you reach the TallCrest shoe store, you have gone too far. Once through the door, walk up the stairs, and turn left past the Dr. Bernstein clinic, and follow the hallway to the end, looking for our FACE frosted glass window on your left. Unfortunately, the FACE clothing bank cannot be accessed without exiting the mall.
Directions From Yorkdale's Parking Lot
Park as close as possible to the Indigo book store or the cinemas at the east end of the mall. From the parking lot, it should not be difficult to locate a glass door that has "FACE" on it (above the door, look for an "East Offices" sign). Once through the door, walk up the stairs, and turn left past the Dr. Bernstein clinic, and follow the hallway to the end, looking for our FACE frosted glass window on your left.

FACE appreciates all clothing drives that provide us with additional garments which are then provided to our clients. However, we need to keep a careful inventory of all our clothing, because we have a storage issue. Therefore, all clothing drives must be approved by the Board of Directors of FACE. If you are planning on arranging a clothing drive in your area, please call 416-787-7165, leave your name and return telephone number, details regarding the clothing drive you wish to arrange, date of the event, how many items you think will be delivered to us along with any other details. This information will be sent along to the Board of Directors, a decision will be made, and you will be contacted so further arrangements may be made.
